3. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: FREE for orders. Otherwise, rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping: Free shipping worldwide. If your country is not showing at checkout message us by chat.


4. Tracking Your Order

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Delayed Orders: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact your local carrier or reach out to us within 7 days.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at electra@electracompany.store within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.
